We have discovered that UMass Dartmouth’s Blackboard Collaborate file storage is over its storage limit.  As a consequence, older recordings will be removed starting at the end of October 2023:

• All Collaborate recordings that have not been accessed in the past 2 years will be permanently removed.
• All Collaborate recordings that have not been accessed in the past year will be archived temporarily and removed from Collaborate.
• An archiving/storage policy will be implemented (similar to our policy for Zoom cloud recordings) once we have reassessed our available file space after the removals noted above.

If you have been using Collaborate for archival storage, please make sure to download a local copy of any recordings you wish to keep permanently, before Oct 31, 2023.
