Explore new ways of teaching and grading by attending a workshop this week from Instructional Development.

This Wednesday the Blended Learning: Finding the Mix online workshop begins. In blended classes a portion of the traditional face-to-face instruction is replaced by web-based online learning. This two-week workshop provides a comprehensive look at how a unit of face-to-face instruction could be delivered in the blended format.

Also, consider joining us for lunch on Thursday afternoon to learn about grading with rubrics. Rubrics make the process of grading more efficient for instructors as well as making assignment expectations clearer to students. A light lunch will be served for registered attendees.
