Status Update: 2/4/2026
Users are currently experiencing an audio issue when playing Echo360 lecture capture videos. CITS is working with the vendor on the issue. As a temporary fix, users should change the video layout in the Echo360 video player to “Featured”.
Instructions:
- Click on the Layout option on the bottom right of the video player
- Select “Featured” from the drop-down list.
