No class will be recorded without the expressed consent of the faculty member.

Lectures will be kept for one academic year and removed from the active lecture capture archives. (faculty member can request that the recordings be kept longer).

Lecture recordings will be restricted to UMassD students via their UMassD username/password. Other access controls are available on a per course basis.

The Instructor retains Intellectual Property rights of the recorded material. Additional information regarding Intellectual Property can be found on the UMassD guidelines.

Ad Hoc lecture recordings can be scheduled by the instructor whenever the resource is available (please provide at least 48 hour notice) .

All content will be delivered using streaming technology, thus eliminating portability of the recordings.
