VoiceThread is an interactive discussion and collaboration tool built into myCourses that can be used to facilitate rich, asynchronous conversations around images, documents, presentations, and videos. Join us on Thursday at our Humanizing Online Discussions with VoiceThread workshop to learn about taking your online discussions to the next level using this exciting new tool.

Next Friday we are offering a workshop on an online meeting tool built into myCourses called Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. You can use Collaborate to meet with students in a Skype-like online meeting space where you can use audio/video to talk and present documents, presentations, and show what you are doing on your computer screen. Many instructors use Collaborate to host online office hours, optional review sessions, and one-on-one meetings with students.
