This Week in ID – 4/20 to 4/27

Facilitating group work as an instructor can be a challenge, but the benefits of student collaboration is undeniable. We invite instructors to join us at our “Where Group Work Meets Technology” workshop tomorrow morning to discuss some strategies and technologies that can be used to aid in the facilitation of group work.

In blended courses, a portion of the traditional face-to-face instruction is replaced by web-based online learning. If you would like to learn about designing blended learning, we encourage you to participate in our “Blended Learning: Finding the Mix” workshop that starts next week. This two week long workshop consists of face-to-face meetings on campus and online activities completed in myCourses.
